it's not actually illegal unless you try to make a profit off it...but it IS unethical and it sucks...and almost everyone who does it, is poo( their art and just personally XP ) i'm TOTALLY with you on that teen post crap...it's SO annoying and pointless...cmon people, it's a PAINTING app :S
