Before you smack someone, do 30 knuckle push ups before every shower. I do that, plus a bit more like 70 sit ups, more push ups, a bit of yoga and streching, a throw punches. Someone at basic taught me how to throw punches, hold my stance, hold my fists, and basically, how to defend myself..........SHlT, I mean Venousaur. Don't go out there and fight random old ladies. XD
