[Chapter 1 This Life Part 3] When i awakened, i found myself in Leafriver's underground den. "Darkpaw! Are you alright?" Sandpaw whispered to me. Leafriver was in the distance. She walked towards us. "Are you ok Darkpaw?" She asked me. I slowly nodded. I saw bowls of leaves, webs, and sticks. I slowly got up and walked towards the exit. "Thank you Leafriver" I said, and walked out with Sandpaw behind me. I turned to Sandpaw, "Thanks Sandpaw. I didnt know that would happen."

[Continued] "It's ok." Sandpaw said. "Maybe you were tired.." "Maybe" "I'll let you sleep at my den." "Thanks Sandpaw." We walked over to his den and he shared some of his food. Afterwards i slept in a corner that was very warm. Sandpaw covered me in deer hides and hare fur to keep me warm. The walls reminded me of sand.. I thought about the elements... Fire. Ice. Storm. And many more.. My elements are Storm, Air, and Dark. Sandpaw's is only Sand. I was too tired to open my eyes.. I soon fell asleep..
