It took me about an hour to draw her on paper, and waaaaay longer to draw, color, add a background, special effects, and proper layring on colors..anyways, this is mrsupperscouts' OC Lightning Flitter. I hope you like the work I have done on her, I thought a night scene with her glowing from the electric and moon would fit this perfectly. Also I put detail into the name with some lightning striking through it. Was hard, at least for me, but I had alot of fun...ENJOY Everypony.
