Usually it's cause their ''art'' got reported as mature and is no longer visible on the 3ds, or they just uploaded their first pics and the gallery hasn't updated yet, or they have multiple accounts and are still logged into their ''Imma harass people without them knowing it's ME'' account.
Or, you know, cause they're stupid.
