Nice job! I especially like the bubbles and the water inside the glass, it shows the motion really well!

Looks good, but take my advice: Instead of drawing the stream of water at an angle like you did, draw the stream of water flowing straight down from the bottle to the cup and draw the stream of water thinner and thinner from the bottle to the cup; this will make this picture look MUCH more realistic than it looks now. Try using a real picture as a reference if you don't know what I mean. Also, I would get rid of the drop that is popping out in the middle of the screen or put it on the same layer as the cup. Other than that, you did a great job!
