Awesome pic! I like the effects! :) Also, the reason I've been gone is because I was admitted to the hospital for an intense migraine, and Ive been having seizures/black-out episodes...

(ohmygosh dream i hope thing get better!) Scree gazed down at the stone, she turned around the grey room and saw the dragon laying there dead. She wondered at it, about what had sent it to this hell hole, she thought for another minute about the beast then turned back to the group, "well," she said, "looks like its off to the next stone." she turned to the compass, now covered in blood, that hung still on Emblems chest, it was pionting in a new dierection

Fay watched everyone else gathered around the stone, Scree had just proposed they leave... but this couldn't be it! They didn't just kill a dragon for nothing... surely there is more.... she thought a little disappointed. Suddenly the giant stone began to hum, 'You defeated me, and your reward...' it spoke in the dragon's voice. Soon after, the stone began to glow intensly like a blazing flame and dissapated into a ruby dust. The dust floated in the air for mere seconds then swirled into each wolf. It dissappeared as it touched them. Fay felt for a moment warm, then a burning passion. It soon passed.

Scree felt the heat surge through her. it was a nice feeling though she didnt know what it was actualy for. She looked at poor Jahos, coughing up smoke. There was nothing she could do about it and it made her feel bad. Hex and Spyro she noticed, were discussing battle stategy. She looked back at the compass, it pointed east. As she sat there she was angered once more by her mind, it seemed to be resisting any sort of memory she had only had that one dream a while back but it that only lead to further questions. She wondered how much the others remebered she knew Hex and Emblem remembered their life before but she wasnt sure about Fay, Jahos and Meagra.

"You know gems always bother me." Meagra enquired "They always hold a certain power or whatever, I'm not that sure if it only benefits one element..." Her voice drifted off /This can't all be that easy/ The wind was clouded once again as Jahos coughed up smoke, this destracted her "Um Jahos, you sure your ok? Chances of you dieing of smoked lunges are about twenty to eighty so I would be careful if I were you...."

Fay smiled and felt butterflies when Jahos licked her. She nuzzled him back... She loved him back! She could still love... She looked in his eyes. He loved her too. She leaned into his warm fur, his scent filled her mind. She would never lose him, she knew she wouldn't be able to bear it. She heard Meagra speak. She looked up at Jahos, he would be ok, she was sure. He would cough it up before it could ever truly harm him. She smiled again and watched the other wolves preparing to leave for the next temple. She sent Jahos a simple message, "What do you think the gem did?"

Scree noticed Fay and Jahos snuggling up to each other out of the corner of her eye. She wondered if she had ever had a love in her life. Looking down at her vein covered fur she sighed /probably not/ she walked over o the gem and tenderly picked up the stone. it pulsated a string heat and seemed to threaten to create a consuming fire but she ignored it and, hearing Meagras last remark replied out of the corner of her mouth. "Probably not, he'll be fine." Then added, "we should get going"

Fay looked up at him once more, 'I love you to... Jahos. I couldn't live a day without you.' She smiled and leaned in, ever closer. She would love him forever. She wrapped her tail around him and was comfortable. She felt warm, loved, and happy for the first time.

Scree was startled by the teleportation. As she looked out at the all too familiar gloomy darkness of pergatory. She felt the warmth of the fire stone fade and felt tired and worn. She looked at her paws thinking about how many more stones they had to collect and how long until she could really die. Because at this time, thats all she wanted. She looked once more at the compass, pointing eastern and started trudging mumbling back to them. "lets go."

Scree jumped slightly as Jahos spang by her. She heard what he said but refused to believe it. Her mind was blocking thoughts of those posibilities. She looked back at Emblem and then continued the long walk with Jahos springing ahead.

(lol just tryin to keep this going :T) As they continued the walk following the wavering needle the scenery began changing as it had a while before, only this time grey colourless grass spouted through the fog. She looked to the others, confused.

as Scree looked around the odd grey grass sproited even more up ahead. and looking, she noticed the compass pointed them staright to where the grass grew most. "looks like we're going through that field... if you can call that a field." She looked at Jahos who noticabley had his doubts about this. "its fine, what ever it is, we can handle it."

/Alot of fog.../ Meagra wondered. Her paws shifting under a patch of unfirm ground. "Hey guys!" She nudged Emblem "Do you think this ground is safe to walk on? I mean It's fragile and I don't want to know what's underneth it! You know what I mean" Swiftly putting herself infront of the pack, she gestured towards some parched ground where steam whistled through odly. /Steam. Not fog. Oh god, this is a volcano/ "I would run if I were you!" She shouted behind and started sprinting into the distance.

Scree looked around at the hot steam. it was getting very thick. The steam made her fur hot and steam its self. Then she saw Jahos dash off, right towards the heart of the volcano. "Jahos!! You have to come back! Your going to get yourself ki,lled!!!...A-again." She looked at Emblem with desparation. that volcano was gonna blow and soon. Emblem exchanged her look with that of confusion no one knew what to do. Scree sighed knowing she was doing the stupidest thing ever as she stood up and bolted after him. She spotted a buldge ahead of them, the peak of the volcano and it was getting bigger. She caught up to Jahos and lunged at his back. They rolled to the floor amd Scree screached at him "What are you doing!? Dont you see that da,mn things gonna blow!? We have to get out of here!" she heard him mumble something about the stone. Scree was loosing her patience. "The da,mn stone aint gonna be any use to you if your dead! Now come on!"
