Hong Kong's first hair cut by Staphonoqz
Okei! From what I know, Hong Kong looked similar to China and when Arthur(because it won't let me type Eng-land correctly) took him, he put a spell on Hong Kong to give him eyebrows and forced him into getting his hair cut because 'gentlemen don't have long hair' or blahblahblah.
So here is his first hair cut?
