I know the feeling, my shiny charizard is just about throwing a rampage now. I can't seem to get him to calm down after just recently obtaining him in a trade. :<

friieeeennnd! XD not many people on my side like pokemon so yay for fellow comrads! :3
and i got the effect by sticking to softer colors and erasing lightly over colors that seemed too dark.
