4 the longest time i hated tracers I mean i thought they were the lowest form of life on colors but now im starting to realise that we shouldnt hate the lil buggers i mean yea ur never gonna learn art fundimentals or get any better at doing original stuuff but really the only thing that bugs me is when they dnt give credit to the original artist or aknolage the fact that they traced it period but other than that should we really hate em guys? were all just humble ppls tryna get known in colors
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

what of people that draw their oc's on paper then trace on here? ive seen lots of traces in the short time ive been on here but i know for a fact that some are traced from their own artwork, its hard to tell the differance, i dont hate tracers i just like and comment on pics i see that i like traced or not. if its not original then even if your crediting them, then the credit really goes to the original, and the tracer cant get a real sence of acomplishment as if its from their own art. all in all i agree, dont hate tracers let them hate themselves

I don't always trace, but when I do, it's only to save time. Like Stray-Pet says, I've tried tracing some sketches of stuff I've already drawn on paper (none published, the tracing job looks horrible DX). I did it so I could practice coloring and cell-shading, and it's alot harder than it looks, and I don't care much for the samples Colors! provides. Now, it's one thing to have one tracing and to give credit(or not) and the rest of the stuff in your gallery is totally original, but if everything you own is traced as far as the eye can see, that's when it gets deplorable.
