The new Lara took a bit getting used to, she was a lot more emotional than the previous ones, but they where trying to make her more 'relateable' which i understand compleatly. The only other problem i had was her hair textures, for some reason it really pi.ssed me off when her hair would just clip her and go straight through her body 24/7 XD
NONETHELESS, it was a very enjoying game that kept me interested at every turn 0u0

Ramb: Dude, this isn't really 'over-the-top'. God of War is. One thing about TR, everything is as realistic as possible when it comes to vi0lenceand gore. Everything in here, it doesn't glorify it, nor is it humorous. Like, her first kiII. In this game, it's uncomfortable, but you have to survive. I think you'd enjoy TR if you gave it a chance...
Guess: Yeah, it was for alot of people(expect me, I loved the new Lara since she was announced). And, seeing this side of Lara was great imo. But, as we went along, I loved seeing the Lara we knew slowly making an apperance, like at the end. Just, the look on her face; Innocents lost.
lol xD That bothered me too, but not as much as the super easy tombs to solve, short campeign, and having to play multiplayer to get all torphies. I think the hair was great for a western game. They tried making it look organic. But, it still seems the Japanese/JRPGs hair models are superior lol
I loved this game, it was addicting and fun as heck.

Ramb: Actually, it's not as bloody as you think. Only times of extream blood is during her first kiII (her face was covered in it) and this scene. Both are scary and uncomfortable... but, it's alright... You not wanting to see it I mean.
As for real blood, lol I know how you feel, but, I get more scared and anxious than sick. And, that's only when the blood isn't mine and the situation screams ''THIS MAJOR''. Like, when my cousin cracked his head open on a brick, and bled everywhere. Or, when my grandpa split his chin open. I can't talk straight and tremble slightly.

Yesyesyes your right in all those points. I thought it was just me who thought it was easy and i just didnt want to boast or anything ;u;

But the hair, along with the other graphics in this game, where stunning. But i donno, it made me laugh out loud more than be angry i suppose about her ponytail plunging through her heart at dramatic cut scenes. But of corse im the one to know you cant have a game be bug free. I just notice the little things too much 0u0

And yes, that ending was pure gold, cant wait until the next installment.

Gusse: Awww xD You're so modest. In 21 hours, I finished the game at 99 percent completion, with all weapons upgraded, and skilled maxed out. I also had every map at one-hundred percent. I took my time, and it still was ubershort. But, I guess time flies when yer having fun lol xD
Indeed. It was beautiful, all the graphics. And the enviorments were creepy when needed. Absolutly wounderful. But, lol that never happened to me xD Only her bangs going into her cheek happened in my game, so it wasn't as distracting for me, poor you xD

I've watched the ending multiple times by now, and love it even more each time. I hope we get a sequel in, like, two years. One thing I'd LOVE to see is, maybe, Lara having psycological damage from this whole experiance. Nothing too distracting, but just noticable. 'cause, c'mon, this whole thing was tramatic. No way, even as Lara Croft, cannot be deeply affected by it. Ya know?

Yeah, im the exsplorer, i like to snoop my nose in everything i can in a game. But it isnt too bad, MGR only took me like, 7 hours. I finished it in one sitting ;_; but i agree, i wish it longer

And yes, i would like it if she was scarred too, i know it's going to sound evil, but i like it when characters go through absolutely terrible situations and i get to see how they react and deal with it. Its great character development. And come on, you cant swim through blood and guts without ANY side effects XD, and she went through a lot in that game. It will take a while to develop, but im pumped for the next one. I have The Last Of Us to comfort me for a little bit however, my body is soo ready for that game. gahhhhh- Sorry im posting so much ;w;

Ah, seriously? Thats... sad... The longest recorded time it took me to finish a game was 125 hrs... But, it was a JRPG and that's normal... But, I enjoyed the length! New TR def needs to be longer.
My Etro, I totally agree! I think the best character development comes from such terrible, tramatic experiances. Maybe it's a bit sadistic for us to 'enjoy' it, but I'd love to see Lara with some sort of Post Tramatic Stress Dissorder or Acute Stress Dissorder from this. Like you said, it's impossible for her to come out of this mentally stable. I really, really, hope they add that.
I wanna play Last of Us so bad... I don't think I'll be getting it though...

No. Lady Croft does not come across as one to do that. Her first kiII of both animal and human assures she'd never turn to that!
Plus, once she entered the Geothermal Caves with the cannibals... Yeah, she aint got no time fo' dat.
