Ok. Well, first, when drawing your lines make sure no line goes through another. And make sure they are even and clean. Try coloring inside the line more. The bangs look kinda messy. I reccommend using a thinner brush size. For the eyes, make sure there are white spaces around them. It's the basic rule of anime. And the blush, try using the second brush but a big size on low ocapacity. Then do the shines. That's pretty much it. The proportions are good. Good job overall though. ^^
