Hmmm... If he's 21, he could get a job nearby and you might see him every now and again. Try talking to other family members and see if they'll let him stay at least until he can get on his own two feet and get a house or appartment of his own.

Yeah! good that's one problem solved. For the girlfreind part, I'm not sure what the situation is for that so it's best to just let them figure it out on their own. as for your mom, it may take a while, but she'll eventually forgive him. No parent could ever really hate their child. just try to keep in touch with your big bro and lend him your love and support.
