Narwhalofawesome recognized the anime, and the character. It was relatively easy, but the answer was ANIME: Fullmetal Alchemist CHARACTER: Edward Elric. Both had to be answerd correctly to win, and the first to got it won the request. More of these will be released later. I'm not totally familiar with the Earthbound series, but I hope this fits the bill.
