A MLP OC I've actually had at the back of my mind for months. Based upon the mythilogical creature of the same name, that disguise themselves as pretty ponies/horses and tempt riders onto thier back, whom they trap with thier mane and drag down into thier watery homes to drown and eat. Will comment more on her herself if anyone is interested

Thanks, Both of you ^^! The weeds/mane are supposed to be seaweed (AKA kelp, lol, which has got to be where the name is from)
