This brave little oshawott knows absolutly no limits to his abilitys! This is my new O.C i made this to complete the trio. Storm has a laid back personalty but when he begins to battle he becomes very energetic. he usally spends most of the day meditating to sharpen his mind and he practices his battle skills by cutting down fully grown trees to sharpen his blade! Although he does have an unfortunate habit of over thinking things. But has definatly one of blaze's and razors best friends!
