Pokemon Seizure Episode: Who's That Pokemon? by Punky Nerd Joshi
As probably the only episode in the entire Pokemon series with this Pokemon, "Dennou Senshi *******" caused 685 Japanese children to have seizures, although a small portion was diagnosed with photosensitive epilepsy.
