I am too a Christian. If some1 ask's u, 'how do u know ur goin 2 Heaven?' reply, 'cause I belive in the Lord Jesus Christ, and I belive God sent His Son to die on the cross for me.' o btw as Jesus once said, 'If any of you are without sin, then let them be the first one to throw the stone.' in otherwords, dont judge people about what they do. NO ONE IS PERFECT EXCEPT GOD AND JESUS

Sin is a man-made invention. We are not accountable to imaginary gods, but we are accountable to each other. Atheists understand this, which is why they are more moral than Christians. Crime statistics reflect that fact (look it up). Morality comes from reason, and faith is the rejection of reason.

You're tempted to sin because your body is telling you what is natural and what you're born to do. Christains are not supposed to masterbate, get real. I'd say 90 percent of people masterbate because their body wants to. And when you get hurt touching fire, that's because your body is telling you it's bad. Listen to your body and mind, they are there for a reason. No the reason is not Satan.

Sin is real guys, and its something we should AVOID. Lies, greed, stealing, l'ust, hatred, mur'der, NONE of these things are good and cause nothing but suffering. Im not a super religous person, but I am a strong Christian. Christianity teaches about love, acceptance, and forgiveness, and thats why I like it. God is a loving God, and loves us perfect or not. Even if in the end, God isnt real and my faith was in vein, I lived a happy life believing in a loving God. Im proud to be a Christian. c:

Gary: If you read that whole passage, its telling us to be like Jesus. Love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you. Its not COMMANDING us to be perfect, but be perfect as in follow the ways of Jesus. Jesus didnt use force to gather believers, he used love.

Am I the only one who noticed this is a repost? ah well, w/e.
Most of you wake up with the same beliefs, you meet someone and you have a debate on who is right or wrong, neither one of you really changes your mind on what to believe and you both go home believing your god/religion/life style to be true (with a few exceptions). I've met very few people who realize the futility on such debates. As EVERYONE will have a different perspective in life, a different set of rules they live by, and the world will never be completely in harmony. Everyone is slightly different, and they will continue to be born differently again and again. :l

SeaGlass, that is not true. According to a recent survey I partook in, 80 percent of atheists are former belivers. For us, examing the arguments, engaging in debate, and observing the conversation is what helped us educate ourselves out of religion. Christianity is false and immoral, and putting evil religions like Christianty and Islam in their place is vital if we hope to survive the 21st century.

I've tried to explain that concept to people at school. They don't like Christains because they think we're perfect. I've sinned a million times! I pray for people like that to someday understand. Jesus loves us! :]

TheVulpix: Christianity is not evil. Dont ever put it in the same category as Islam. They are completely different religeons with different beliefs, and from personally studying Islamic beliefs, Islam is evil. Not Christianity. :l
Having something to believe in and stand for isnt a bad thing, what we NEED in this world to survive is acceptance and tolerance. Not extermination of our beliefs.

being a christian is a flaw on its own the only resone pepole made that religion is there afraid of not knowing the answers so they make up their own.

the vulpix is right if it wernt for christians then the crusades would never have happened the touter and death of the inocent athiests of the dark ages would never of happened and we would be a few hundered years more advanced becuse the christians never would have stoped all the important reserch back then it was even ilegal to think the earth wasnt the center of the solar system again becuse of christianity.

actualy vetnor jesuse probubly didnt even exist as a real man you see back then as you know there was no tv, radio, and even books had to be hand wrighten every time so the way things spred was person to person and a rumore could easily spred even more then the truth if it was interesting witch it isnt to me but it was prety boring back then.

Being tempted in itself is not a sin, what we do with that temptation, however, can lead to sin. Satan is REAL, he got himself kicked out of heaven. There is only ONE God. ONLY God and Jesus are perfect. If you don't belive me, READ A BIBLE. John 3:16: For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only begotten son that whoever belives in him will not perish but have eternal life.

If people believe in Islam, we should let them as the lord taught tolerance. Even one of the greatest men of all time, Napoleon Bonaparte admired Muhamed, he was catholic and rumuored to be part Islamic. So Islam is in our categories as creed nor belief should cloud our views on people.

Im a christian who doesn't give a **** about what others do in their free time. muslims, on the other hand, dont believe in YOUR rights as a human being. dont compare christianity with sick cults! cheers.

HK-52, the founder of the islam religion was not a catholic or a christian, he wasn't impressed with christians, he didn't believe in God. He had a dream and believed in himself that he was God, only he wasn't. Athiests who were believers turned away because of YOLO they don.t want to accept God, cause in all truth most of them know he's real, they serve a religion of denying him. As somebody pointed out that we have to deny the christian and islamic religions to survive the 21st century. I speak for a lot of christians here, I will believe in God, even if it k!lls me.

Then so be it.
