If they ban guns&take away guns,then people are gonna use more knives&use crossbows&arrows.

TF 141 Warlord, that may be true. Criminals are criminals, and they will commit their crime however they can. I believe the gun ban will actually increase crime rates, after all, criminals already have illegal ways of obtaining firearms. Like smuggling assault weapons from overseas, or stealing from gun manufacturers or retailers. Guns, if owned by a citizen, should be used in self defence, concealed in public, and owned by a mentaly healthy, law abiding citizen. People are freaking out over this subject saying that the guns are evil. I'm going to quote someone, I forgot his name, but he said, "guns don't k.ill people, people k.ill people."

I totally agree.

My point? The gun ban will only make things worse. I'm sure many people will share this same opinion, and if you've shot an actual gun, which I have done, then you will know that guns are not to be afraid of. In fact, the criminals using the guns are not to be afraid of either They must be stopped, arrested, and put in some isolated containment unit, where they cannot cause any more trouble.

guns dont k*ll people, the people firing the guns k*ll the other people.Also if congress bans assault rifles gangs and other criminals will just go to the black market.
