Felicia is a D&D NPC character I thought up. She is a Tibbit, a race of shapeshifters who originated from the offspring of a powerful spellcaster's familiar. The residual magic that the familiar had been exposed to overtime gave it odd traits, which were passed on when it had children. The blue in the pic is meant to be an energy aura from a spell, perhaps Shield.
