Lol. you don't have to be old to do that. I do it all the time. The most embarrassing part is when you say 'where are my glasses?' in front of someone, and they just give you that look as if to say 'eeerrr... they're on your head'.

I put mine on top of my head, and looked for hours for my glasses. True story. I am kinda old, I can't imagine, when I get older. Great job! ^-^
