Heh, can I give you a tip? 'Cause you said you're ot of ideas and I did research? Well I'm giving it to you anyway.
'Bout the background... usually, wrath--being extreme anger, almost insanity--would not be represented by blue; a calm, soothing color. Crimsom red, black and burgundy(like on the dress) are more appropriate. Just letting you know!

This is incredible :D I really like the darker colors of her sleeves and hem. You represented Wrath very well ^-^
