So find someone to talk to or write it down, it helps alot, I myself am severly depressed & have poor health & find every day a challenge, but i still try to see the positive things in life & keep smiling as hard as it is, to be honest I dont think I have ever felt truly happy, Yeah mental issues suck lol, ohwell. So everyone stay happy & smile k! :)
