It feels like nobody cares about me, I might have a rare disease, and I feel like all my friends have become haunting shadows of the past.

I feel, the same way, except I have NO friends. I looked back at my own past, and I knew that most of my old friends weren't good. I'm very lonly. I only have my brother, and he just ANNOYS me. So I feel your pain.
