Well very coulorful! But maybe draw something, not just scribbles. Also maybe spend longer than 3 minutes on a picture. The pictures that get likes take ages. The paintins in top ranked take 15 hours to do. I sed you dont have many likes or followers so here are some tips to help you!
Make your coulors BRIGHT so they stand out. Comment on pictures but dont beg as people just ignore u. The more pictures you upload the more followers you'll get and the more followers you have the more likes you'll get. Maybe make a community or make your own style! Take The cartoon guy for example. Hes got two thousand followers!
If you want you could trace. That really helps beginners.
