I know it's old news, but still something I want to share. Hasbro wants to shut down the project MLP Fighting is Magic, a very well made fighting game in the style of Street Fighter featuring ponies from the show. Please, go to the internet version of this to click on the link to the petition. I hope that this project will continue to progress soon.

Yes this is old news and hate to say it but most of the delopers quit and left the team. I did studyed law and am in the field of creating games myself and it sucks that this game had to shut down with that Cease and Disist Order from Hasbro but I did found a slight contradiction in their claim they said they shut it down because they don't want to show their charecters beating each other.... but haven't we seen them fight on the actual show? so that point makes no sense but since its a copyrighted matterial and they didn't talked with them I see why they did what they did.... but I just hope they take the offer Lauren gave them on her making them original characters I am just glad I played it in Equestria LA on day two and it had lots of good potential to be a great fighter game that was done by a small team

While I understand that Hasbro´s main concern is to work as a toy-company and not to please all demographics that watch the show it doesn´t mean that I have to LIKE thier decisions. It seems like most Bronies are pretty disgruntled about Hasbro at the moment, who seemed to start interfering with the show and it´s fans just now. Even the writers have taken a stand against Hasbro and every Appeareance of Derpy seems like a protest...

I remember a year ago my mom got me a Rainbow Dash toy.
Her hair wasn't even colored properly. Instead of it being a rainbow, it's pattern was, 'yellow, red, orange', and her cutie mark was the same image, but the lightning was green, blue, and orange.
I wanted to stab it so many times, but I don't have that many knives, so I couldn't.

first things first lando hasbro didn't make skylanders activision's branch toys for bob made it and 2 i'm going to make a indie version of thegame using petit computer and post the qr codes on my facebook so no worries

Moves like these needs to be declared as unconstitutoinal by the court, especially if its from a personal reason like, "I DONT WANT THEM FIGHTING." Well news flash, this is for other people on the Internet. Its not hurting the show.. F*** IP Laws. I think I should make one my self just so I can show our constitution rights.

Truthfully, I hated the idea of Fighting is Magic. Using the characters from the show, and not one penny goes to Hasbro. (yes, I know the game was going to be free for everyone, but still) Then Hasbro shut it down. I wasn't upset at all, but then they starting to shutdown other projects from fans. Now I understand their point of veiw, but still I think they might have gone too far.
