"Someone's taken my crow!" called Mosspaw angrily. Fernkit opened an eye. Just like him to reserve prey, she thought. Fernkit quickly fell asleep. "Fernkit..." echoed an eerie voice. "Meet the other three under the Swinging Tree at sunhigh tomorrow to recieve further clues to your mission." it whispered again. Fernkit woke with a start. What a strange dream! Could it have been StarClan speaking to her? She decided to do as the voices said, and not tell anyone about it, not even Silverstar, MossClan's leader.
