Re: Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is amazing. Sure, it has really dark themes most of the time.... And it can get a bit bloody.... And it's creepy as heck, but you've probably heard all that already. I personally think it's one of the best animes ever. I mean, you have a cute art style, a deep and well thought-out plot, a unique and cool way of presenting said plot, and an amazing collection of characters! And that's just what I could think of off the top of my head! Basically, if horror/mystery is your thing, you'd love it. Heck, even if it's not your thing you still have a fair chance of liking it. :3
