I posted this because anytime that im sad(which isnt often) i usually dont show it but smile instead, and i thought it was cute

I'm pretty sure if I had a bucket filled with a million tears behind me, my smile wouldn't be able to hide it. That's a lot of tears, ya know? My smile isn't that big.
If I'm not feeling happy, I'm not gonna smile, and if people ask me if I'm ok, I just plainly tell them "No, and there's nothing you can do to help." Hiding emotions from people,and keeping them locked up inside, is actually really unhealthy, as strange as it sounds.
