Or for more depth, they drive on the left side of the road, with their arm hanging out the window, lazy style. Thus only their right arm gets tanned and being the answer i'm giving

How is this a riddle? European cars have the drivers seat on the rightside, making their right arms tan when it's hanging out their window....
