fortified community by lunisol

this is my design for a small walled community. I came up with this idea as a way to keep my family and friends safe if an apocolyptic event occured. its design is slightly based off of japanese walled villages from the fuedal era, but upgraded to be completely self sustaining. the river is the water source, and power is generated from the turbines up at the north gate. each house would also have solar panels as well.

explanation of buildings:
AG. is the agriculture building, its where tools and supplies for working the fields are stored. the fields would be a source of food for the community.
WA. is the water treatment building. it would descend several levels into the ground and contains equipment for purifying the water in the river for drinking and general use.
AR. is the Armory, extra weapons would be stored here. it would also contain a shooting range in the basement.
the green building in the upper right residential area is my personal greenhouse. i would grow medicinal herbs as well as a few food plants that wouldnt normally grow in the region.
All trees would be fruit or nut producing trees.

Outer wall is 12 feet tall with enough room for two people to walk on. square areas along the wall are 24 foot guard towers. inner walls are 9 feet tall.

You may want to add a water tower incase of drought!

: )

Along with storage areas for metals like iron or steal that would be harder to get in a situation (I suspect I spelled that wrong) like that.

: D
