You should take the time to refine lighting and details, might be surprised with yourself given the effort. :) Re-uploaded triforce painting with 3D effect.

Keep practicing and studying or checking other's gallery. I sometimes use the Art Academy game and well try to adapt some of the techniques to colors! that helpme a lot... check my black and white apple in my gallery ... :)

The shading is pretty good, but if you took the spray painty brush and melded the colors together a bit more, the apple would look super real. Overall though, good job! You have lots of potential so keep drawing...or painting...or whatever ya wanna call it!
