Gregorywhateveritwas, this dog is the hero in a game called Okamiden, and a chibi version of the hero in the game Okami. And the reason she's on fire is because she's the sun god and she's wielding a weapon on her back named "Divine Retrebution" (the weapon, not her back).

at ehluigi actually the chibi "Amaterasu" is Amaterasu's son :O (Amaterasu is the name of the wolf from okami. The one in okamiden is Chibiterasu.)
