Hmmmm.... The only thing I can see that needs work is your placement of shades and shadow. His (your) shadow should be going in the same direction as the shading on his body, since that is the direction that the light is coming from (in this case, his shadow would be on his right-hand side). This also means that the shadow under the 2 center bangs would be on the opposite side as well. However, if the light is coming from directly infront of him, the all the shadows are right EXCEPT on his right arm and left flank. Those would still be exposed to the light, and thus, unshaded. Shade & shadow is very tricky, which is why I rarely use it

try sitting down and thinking about your work you might come up with an idea if you cant look at other ppls drawings you can look on colors for some idea's but work on your stuff and you will get better judt need to put time in it like a few hours to work on your drawing it really does help.
