This is Manaphy's twin brother, Phanam (pronounced: fan-nam). Manaphy's mother was in love with a sinister flame pokemon when she gave birth to Manaphy and Phanam. The two children were exact opposites although got along together perfectly. But Phanam's father was evil and wanted the children for himself.
