nice work! here's one helpful tip. when starting a drawing find the planes where the value of your figure varies. for example, the human face has generic assymetric planes. the brige of the nose and middle forehead planes are the lightest, the eye sockets and the neckline are the darkest. Sergio Lopez is an artist who has simple 'how to' tutorials on youtube that are handy. he also like doing gesture drawing on his 3ds using Color!. he is always fantastic inspiration!!! :] keep it up!
