yes you can make animations by putting everything on the front layers and then go behind the background and copy the layer that you want to behind the background and then just change it around a little and then put the front layer on the back and put the back layer that you changed on the front and then switch em back and forth, back and forth and theres your animation for a better guide go find a dude with the name ragged raider or something thats how i found out he's the master at this stuff
