The reason why the spirit is rainbow is cuz all of the colors of the rainbow are in light. The spirit takes on many forms. If it is seen by a human it will be human, if it is seen by a wolf it will be a wolf, and the same thing happens with other creatures. The light spirit in this picture is searching for the reason of why this region is in darkness.
