Haha, he is Marth. I just picked a design I like when googling him for reference. This particular outfit is from Brawl, I believe. Anyways, thanks :).

Unique style for this Marth drawing. The new Fire Emblem is awesome. Glad I got the digital version though; I would never remove the game from my 3DS if I had a retail copy.
