Your innitials! Rainbow in space! Why have I not thought of this myself?! There's sunlight and water crystals...hmm... Oh, right, you want suggestions, sorry! Well, you could make your initials a little more curved to blend more and then add a glow, specifically, go to the layer above the wings/halo and use the soft brush on the largest size but with the opacity at say two thirds rather than all the way and trace over the shape of the wings and halo. Then they will appear to have a glow that looks even brighter because it's on a closer layer. Does that help?
