It's a Dragon Barong(from Indonesian mythology)! Also im renaming him Skull. This is traced over a pic THAT I DREW ON PAPER. Also the horns around the fangs are white because I noticed that together they resembled a skull(this happened when I was trying to think of what color(s) to make them).
