Backstory: Hex & Curse by Hex
Hex & Curse are sisters (Curse is older), they are both Dragon Ponies but Hex uses her magic to disguise herself as a "normal" pony; a unicorn so that magical things that happen can be explained. (more in the comments)

They were both born in the city of Draconis but Hex ran away to Canterlot when she was still quite young while Curse stayed behind. DPs dont need horns to use magic and usually prefer to stay out of "normal ponys" issues. --tis all i can remember right now xP--
