''You must be 13 or older to sign up.'' Age restrictions are the #1 bypassed system on the internet. Don't assume the children are flagging, because frankly, most of them haven't got any idea how to. The fact that you must pay for this app is what makes the sum of children outweigh those that're older. Their mothers/fathers give them what they wish.
