This is Nathan the predator, sleeping off a nice meal. He's a (very scruffy!) demon who, for lack of a better word, EATS people - swallows them whole. Though he can't change size like some demons, he DOES warp reality and stretch his jaw like a snake: His insides are much bigger than should be possble, so if he can get it in his mouth, he CAN swallow it. That's supposed to be his tongue hanging out, but I failed...
