Whats the story behind lesser impact?

Lesser impact: Teone (guy in yellow) receives a power that allows him to see parallel worlds/other dimensions. He sees the other worlds from his perspective so he's limited to his human abilities (such as perceiving a certain range of colours). Because of that, he sees the same world differently from the worlds' habitants. In one of the world, he sees what have already been said in his own world, like a chat log history. Knowing this, that world have to be cönnected with his own somehow so he investigate.
