Shes on the attack. when ginny attacks she grows those ghast tentacles, she uses them to ensnare her victim and incinerate them. good lord she looks like a soul eater but shes not. btw, the hat is actually alive and can acompany ginny in battle. since its small and fast, it is hard to hit aswell. (ugh...fail trees...)
