Porygon V is a flip of Porygon Z- it's less defensive, but faster. It's sp.attack is nothing to Porygon Z's, but it makes up for that in attack power. Porygon V can also learns moves Porygon Z cannot- Bulk Up being one of them. It can learn claw moves like Shadow Claw (TM) and Slash (LVL**). It can also learn two mouth moves: Hyper Fang (LVL*) and Crunch (LVL**.). The strongest move in it's arsenal is Giga Impact- learned at level **. It's signature move, Data Crush, can be learned at level **.
