I came up with the gold shell back when MK7 was still a BETA. This was my descripition:
Golden Shell will target 1st place. It stays on the ground and travels as fast as a blue/spinny shell. The shell will shock anyone it hits for 8 sec. The shell will electrify the 1st place player unable for them to move for Two sec. and shrink them for Eaighteen sec.
I want this item to replace the spinny shell in MK8/U.
