I believe this one's name is Xerneus. And I think it's based a legendary deer that had huge antlers. I saw it in a couple anime movies before. Very good artwork!; )

Yeah, wrote that description before its name was released. This one is called Xerneus, drew it as well as I could from the promo vid so hope you like :)
