Shadow Vision. I also have muscle tremors and polycythemia. This is what I see after reading/playing on the 3DS. *Update. I don't see the stuff on the bottom anymore. But the shadow duplicate on top is more visible

And as the day goes on, or I look at something close up for a while, they get fatigued and it gets worse. It's really wierd looking at the right one. The shadow doubles aren't in high enough contrast for me to see their shadows, so the shadows I painted look like I'm seeing two of the same exact thing in the same space. Trippy.
